Directions -
Balfour house (Plabtrainer centre) is midway between "Ilford" and "Seven Kings" train stations - on the High Road. Seven Kings train station is nearer to the Balfour house compared to Ilford train station.
By train -
From "Stratford " train station in central London, take the train going towards Shinfield and get down at "Seven Kings" station which is the fifth station from Stratford station. Once you are out of the Seven Kings station, turn right and walk on the " HIgh Road " towards "Ilford". You will walk past - Job centre plus, BMW car show room, Fire station, Charter house, cemetry and the Karamsara (Gurudwara ) temple (Pink building) on your left side. Balfour house is the big building next to the temple which is about 8 min walking distance from the Seven Kings station. Plabtrainer centre is on the ground floor of Balfour house.
You can also take a bus number 86 from the Seven Kings station towards Ilford bus station and get down when you see the Karamsara temple on your left side. Bus journey is just about 5 min from the Seven Kings station and the bus stop is Karamsara temple.
By Bus -
Take bus number "86 " from "Stratford" bus station in central London and get down at "Ilford" bus station. Walk in the "High Road" towards "Seven Kings" station. You will walk past - Police station, Passage to India Restuarant and 2 Churches on your right side before you see "Balfour House" building (which is just before the Gurudwara temple) on your right side which is about 8 min walking distance from the Ilford bus station.
